For worldwide orders we accepting all payment types used by Etsy, direct checkout, paypal, etsy gift cards, bank transfers for local buyers and or euro currencies.

Due to high demand and long lead time Im accepting payments in instalments. Please use this deposit listing to place your interest and leave a note for to seller what type and size sculpture you are looking for. I will contact you after that with payment plan. Full payment need to be made within 8 weeks from order date.
There is no additional cost to pay in a instalments but the total price will be calculated in currency exchange at the time of each payment.
If you haven’t be aware about the lead time and is for some reasons you cant wait please contact me within 7 days from your purchase date to discuss delivery date or refund.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

- due to high interest in my sculptures current lead time for custom made pieces is is up to:
- for orders in size up to 20 x 40″ or 30″ x 30″ – up to 16 weeks
- for larger sizes – 5 months
- for promotional orders – 5 months
- the largest orders – 6 months
During the Christmas season shipping times may be extended.
All items on a value €42 and over are shipped with insurance and tracking number. This tracking number gives you information about parcel all the way from sender to receiver. So there is no chance that parcel would be lost.
If you prefer your items to be shipped by standard post, please contact me and the shipping price would be reduced.

Orders on a value higher then € 110 and $ 150 for shipping insurance purpose will required customer phone number. Its a standard shipping procedure used in shipping companies which makes easier to arrange item collection. Phone number will not be shared or stored for any other purposes then shipping.
We do not take responsibilities for custom delays and charges, parcel collection arrangements.
Refunds and Exchanges
- 100 % satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and we will work on resolving your issue.
If you would like to return your order, Item needs to be returned in the same condition and within 14 days from delivery by registered post/courier.
Custom made orders – if you have ordered custom piece you will receive photos from production process for your approval and you can request changes or full refund before shipping.
- If you haven’t respond to photos for approval within 1 week your order will go down in a que which could extend the lead time for minimum of 2 weeks.
- All promotional custom made orders or made to order pieces are non refundable after the painting and designing stage.
- Most of our items are send with tracking number and/or registered post. We didnt have any missing goods reported but if will happen, please contact us and will send you replacement. If your parcel has been damaged please take photo before opening and send to us if you noticed anything.
- If your order has been send with tracking number and for some reason you haven’t been able to collect it, the parcel will come back to us and you can receive refund for the item (except the delivery charges).
If you decide to return your goods, refund will be issued within 12 working days from delivery.

All made to order christmas orders have to be placed before 10 November in order to be received in time for Christmas.
Ready to ship orders need to be placed before 1st of December.
For custom orders you can choose colour, size and additional design. I will be sending you updates with photos. If your order requires approval but there will be no respond from customer with, this may also cause delay in order delivery.
